Patience is key in sports; Not only does patience help you manage any unwanted emotions you might experience on the pitch, it also helps you stay focused as you compete. Besides you have to be patience if you are in the bench.
Having a desire to improve as an attitude is only half of the story, the other half is turning that desire into development action when the conditions you’re performing in don’t readily support it.

Time management helps you prioritize your tasks so that you ensure you have enough time available to complete every project. The quality of your work increases when you’re not rushing to complete it ahead of a fast approaching deadline

To be able to function properly, our body needs all the nutrients that come from foods, that is proteins, carbohydrates (sugar) and fats, plus vitamins and minerals.
