- Hello! My name is Andrew and I am one of the newest employees of HouseMe Company.
- Here we have this nice green apartment for sale!
- In the first frame, we have a young realtor who is selling an apartment complex in a neighborhood. We chose him to be young because it will make young buyers more likely to listen to him. We chose the building that is for sale as green in order to help the young adult buyers associate money with the building to encourage them to buy it. The realtor is wearing blue because it symbolizes trust and wisdom, and will make all buyers be more willing to buy.

- I am a 23 year old and a recent college graduate from Duke!
- This is my first sale because I have only been working with HouseMe for 2 months. But, YOU. CAN. TRUST ME!
- In the second frame, we have Andrew who is informing adult buyers about personal information about himself. We chose to make this Andrew's first sale because it emphasizes his youth and inexperience with the potential buyers. We also chose to have Andrew introduce himself because it allows the buyers to build a personal connection to him and trust him through his transparency.

- The best apartment, in my opinion, in this neighborhood would be the creme apartment to the left because it had been here since 1928. There have been little renovations done
- In the third frame, we have Andrew sharing details about the apartments in the neighborhood. However, he is discussing an apartment that isn't being sold to demonstrate the use of Red Herring. We chose for Andrew to discuss his own opinions to further build that connection with the buyers listening.
