- George is the controller at ABC.Inc. His business banking is done through XYZ Bank. He is in need of opening a Lockbox for his business and wants to do this online.

- George logs into online banking, and navigates to the "Request a new Product" menu item. He selects a product and clicks "Go".
- George had the ability to validate his identity, fill out necessary forms, upload documents and electronically sign, where applicable.His application is routed through the appropriate approval hierarchy or approved automatically, where applicable
- Mark is the Customer Relationship Manager from XYZ Bank. He is visiting George at ABC, Inc. to see if he can help George with any business banking needs.
- Using a tablet based experience, he can review the products and services that ABC, Inc. qualifies for.
- George has decided to move forward with a small business loan. Mark is able to start and possibly complete the application on the iPad, including: fill out necessary forms, upload documents and electronically sign, where applicable.
