- The doctor is right, I need to start loving myself. I should not ever let any single soul in this world to tell me that I can't be exactly who I am because I don't need others validation to be enough to myself and I am totally just fine with the way I am right now. I just live once and it is what it is. All I need is to react to them positively.
- I guess talking about it gave me a different perspective on the issue that I had been shutting down for so long, thinking everything was my fault when really it wasn’t. Now, I’m living my life happily without any stress.
