- Good evening, i am Dr Sultan Al Jaber, president of the COP 28 programme and today hereby, i woukd like to discuss on the matters of sustainability and its application in agriculture,resilient food systems and climate action
- Good evening, i am a representative speaking on the behalf of India on the aforementioned agenda of sustainability
- The committee and its fellow candidates have worked out two ways in which we can achieve this goal of sustainability in agriculture. They are as follows-1. The use of robotics in farming for increased output of produce and stable incomes for famers while also providing these facilities at a relatively affordable price. This can reduce the overall global labour effort and increase efficiency or2. The use of genetic engineering in producing Genetically Modified Crops which possess desirable traits which can be used in obtaining higher produce. It can also help in giving produce of higher variety
