Storyboard Text

  • Good day Mrs. Reyes, this is Ms. Swift, Raven's teacher. How are you? I was hoping if we might be able to set up a short meeting to discuss how Shon is doing in school?
  • Hello. Of course, no problem. Let us know when you are available and we will try to make it.
  • Raven is a very smart and jolly kid. He has such a wonderful sense of humor and is always active during the class.
  • Thank you. That's nice to hear.
  • As you can see from these test results, Raven is not performing to his usual level. His scores are not bad, however compared with last quarter there is a decrease on his grades.
  • I see. His grandmother died recently so I think it affects Raven's performance. What can we do to help him catch up again?
  • As you can see, we proposed spending extra time with Raven before he go to bed, to go through the areas he has been struggling with and we will provide tasks for him to catch up in the lessons. How do you feel about this?
  • That sounds like a good idea. Lately, I've been busy running so many errands that's why I don't have enough time for Raven but I'll make it up to him now.
  • Raven is a wonderful student to have in the class and we will do our best to ensure he reaches his full potential. Here are the practice worksheets that you can use at home. What is the best way to contact you for a follow-up chat?
  • That sounds great. We can follow up by email if that's ok with you?
  • Hello Mrs. Reyes,I hope this email finds you well. I enjoyed our meeting and I am looking forward to working with you to help Raven reach his full learning potential. Did you find the resources useful? Please contact me if you have any further questions and shall we aim to set up another meeting in about 3 weeks time?Kind regards,Ms. Swift
