- they were arguing because of the red jacket
- Phil was walking to his class, he is a 4th grader and he is wearing the new jacket that he got it from his grandma

- Daniel went to the 4th grade hall and he was trying to find his brother and he thought phil was his brother because the red jacket was his younger brother jacket .
- Running to Phil neighborhood to give back the
- Phil and Daniel started to arguing because phil had Daniel younger brother jacket and Daniel thought that Phil stole the jacket but he didn't

- Daniel was outside and he saw Phil and his black friends but Daniel saw that Phil was freezing because the jacket was at the office after they got done arguing and Phil doesn't want Daniel to be nice to Phil grandmother anymore
- Daniel started to run to Phil neighborhood and he was thinking that he was the only white boy at the neighborhood but Daniel wanted to give the jacket back to Phil because he realized that his maid is Phil grandmother
- Phil and Daniel started to become friends. Phil grandmother dropped off Phil at his house because his neighborhood is further than Phil neighborhood
