- The news spreads like wildfire and everyone finds out
- OH NO!! NOW EVERYBODY KNOWS!

- at home, David is very upset and kept on thinking about everything that happened .
- all of this commotion is driving me crazy! I should have not cheated. After all that is not the right thing to do.
- I should not repeat this in the future. let me now train my mind by repeatedly asserting the fact that cheating is a worng act
- Now that I know what I have done is wrong and will not repeat in the future,let me not feel guilty and keep my mind cluttered
