Antony, Lepidus, Octavious meet and form the second triumvirate. They  make a list of people that they should kill. They also discuss what they will be doing with Caesar's will. 
Act IV Scene 2
"Come to our tent till we have done our conference."
Lepidus leaves and Antony and Octavious talk about how they are just gonna use Lepidus. The reason that Antony let's Lepidus choose in who shall die is because they can't blame it on him. 
Act IV Scene 3 
"For taking bribes here of the Sardians,Wherein my letters, praying on his sideBecause I knew the man, was slighted off."
Brutus and Cassius meet to have an argument because Cassius says that Brutus has done him wrong.
Act IV Scene 3 
"Thy evil, spirit Brutus" 
"Ha, who comes here?—I think it is the weakness of mine eyes"
Brutus invites Cassius to come inside a tent to argue somewhere else and not out in the public where people are 
Cassius and Brutus are inside the tent and they argue because Cassius has accused Brutus of Bribery. But also Brutus says to Cassius that he has never paid his soldiers and that because of that he refuse to do things. Also they hear that Portia has died and Committed Suicide 
"You wronged yourself to write in such a case."
After the Discussion that was just talked out. Brutus sees Caesar's ghost and does not want anyone to know
