- Oh my god! Are you serious? Where did you get this piece of information from? Does that mean we got to learn how to use the new system? Will it be very different from the system we are using now?
- My Team lead shared this with us. It is called Billing Transformation and we will all be switching to this new system starting next year! There will definitely be differences in the user interface and functionalities.
- Oh no! I am so used to using the current system and I know every functions and codes by heart. Switching to a new system would mean I need to memorise the codes and get used to the navigation all over again! What if I cause a queue to form up uh?
- Don't worry! I believe help will be provided during the transition period.
- Yes! Training will be provided and there will be E-Learning where you can get access to learning materials, Frequently Asked Questions & Quick Reference Guides. Changing to the new system will benefit you as frontlines and the healthcare industry in Singapore. Win-Win situation yeah.
