The best solution is having a blance of both, food and supplements. Accordingly having an overdose of supplements will cause overdose and less will cause deficit. relating to that, tracking amount of iron in foods is very difficult and eating the wrong fod can cause medical issues. therefore i say that balacing out the intake of food and supplements will be the best option and it wont cause problems like anemia and other issue
