Whats That? I've heard of Nutrients, but I never payed attention to them.
Water is the First type of Nutrient. It makes up 70% of our body, Blood and other cells are also made of water so that helps in carrying nutrients around your body! Water can basically be found in any foods you eat.
Well, If all foods have water in it, why isn't Mac and Cheese healthy with Double Cheese Quesadillas? It has Nutrients.
Another type of Nutrient is Carbohydrates. Carbs are the main source of energy that our body has. Blood sugar in our body is the fuel that powers cells. There are simple and complex Carbs in the form of starch and fiber. 45-65% of our Calories should come from Carbohydrates.
