- 4You all are being annoying, just calm down and let this day be nice.
- And don't forget photosynthesis is important because it releases oxygen into the air and allows plants to thrive for beings that eat them.
- 1 Oh man, the sun is back up, my favorite time of day.
- 3After we take those in we reduce electrons in water and CO2 gains some.
- 1Do you all know how photosynthesis works?
- 4This makes the water into oxygen and the CO2 into glucose
- 5After all of that we release the oxygen back into the world.
- 2Yes I do. First we take in CO2 and water from the air and soil.
- 4We also have light dependent which is in the thylakoid membrane. The chlorophyll absorbs energy from light which is converted into ATP and NADPH
- 3These are called chlorophyll, which is responsible for giving us our green color.
- 1Then why are you all so green?
- 5There is also light independent which takes place in the stroma, this does not require light. Energy from ATP and NADPH is used to assemble carbohydrates molecules, like glucose, from carbon dioxie.
- 2It's simple really. In us are things called chloroplast, in these are things called light absorbing pigments,
