Storyboard Text
- Artyom, Melnik, Daniel, and Ten go up to the surface to get to the Great Library. Melnik tells everyone the plan to find the sacred book, and how to avoid the librarians. (Page 289)
- After being warned not to, Artyom looks at the Kremlin in the city. He gets put into a trance after staring at the star on the top of it for too long, and almost passes out. Luckily, Melnik pulls him in the other direction before anything bad happens. (Page 290)
- The group enters the Great Library, and is immediately confronted by librarians, mutants that protect the Great Library. Ten and Melnik stay behind to fight them off while Daniel and Artyom search for the sacred book. (Page 297)
- While searching for the sacred book, a librarian sneaks up on Daniel and attacks him. Daniel gives Artyom a letter, and tells him to shoot both him and the librarian. (Page 303)
- Artyom returns to Melnik and Ten, and sees that a librarian has severely injured Ten. Melnik tells Artyom that he can't go back to Polis, and gives him directions to another station. (Page 309)
