- I MUST FIND A WAY TO FIND AND GET TO THE ELIXIR OF IMORTALTY!

- This is quite hard work building this wall. I wish we were done and Qin Shi Huang was overthrown!
- I know right, why cant we just be free to live a nice peacefull and happy life
- Qin Shi Huan was trying to find the elixir of life to become immortal and had his scientists and alchemists make elixirs for him and most of the elixirs (potions) had quicksilver, also known as mercury, in them. The potions probably made his death closer instead of further. It is most likely because of the mercury and other random things they put in those potions.
- Qin Shi Huan had about 460 scholars stoned to death and he burned every book that weren't related to his reign. Getting stoned is basically having rocks thrown at you until you die or bleed to death. And some scholars disagreed with him and were punished with death or other very painful things.
- The Great Works was when Emperor Qin Shi Huang wanted to be safe from the Xiongu. Because of this he enslaved hundreds of thousands of people to build a giant defensive wall later to be known as The Great Wall of China. He enslaved peasants, criminals and many other people like them. Many died during the construction but the wall still finished. That project, when countless of the enslaved workers died, marked the beginning of the Great Wall.
