- INNERMOST CAVE
- The doors to the labyrinth shut and Theseus went to look for the Minotaur. He searched through passages until at last he found the Minotaur
- ORDEAL
- Theseus is face to face with the beast. The beast is strong but Theseus is quick and strong. Eventually Theseus slays the beast and returns back.
- REWARD

- REFUSAL TO CALL
- I have to save our people! I will be back father
- Please don't leave! You'll die!I won't be happy till I know you are safe
- Theseus father begs him to stay but Theseus knows he has to go
- MEETING THE MENTOR
- Theseus lands in the Crete Kingdom and is met by The king and his daughter. His daughter tells Theseus that she wants to escape. She would help if he took her away from Crete.
- Minos's daughter Ariadne, took Theseus to Daedalus, the maker of the Labyrinth where the Minotaur is. Ariadne agreed to help
- CROSSING THE THRESHOLD & ALLIES/TEST AND ENEMIES
- He told Theseus to roll the sting out so he would know how to return after defeating the beast. Daedalus and Ariadne would keep watch at the entrance.
- At night they all decided to meet up outside the labyrinth. Holding a ball of string Daedalus stated that the labyrinth is so confusing even he doesn't know how to get out.
