  • Night of April 18, 1775
  • I saw the British?!?! I think there coming this way!!!
  • Dawn of April 19, 1775 (Lexington)
  • Wait... Who fired!?!?
  • April 19, 1775 (Lexington)
  • On the night of April 18, 1775, Dr. Joseph Warren warned Paul Revere and William Dawes that he saw British soldiers marching toward them. 
  • April 19, 1775; North Bridge (Concord)
  • At dawn, the redcoats marched to Lexington and encountered about 70 minutemen. A shot was fired, but no one knew who shot it. Both sides starting firing! When the shooting stopped, there were a total of 8 minutemen dead. The British have claimed this victory.
  • April 19, 1775; North Bridge (Concord)
  • After the Minutemen were defeated, the redcoats searched the town for weapons and supplies. After the search, the redcoats marched to Concord.
  • April 19, 1775
  • The other redcoats ran into a group of Minutemen, that were waiting at the North Bridge.
  • The British took heavy damage, from the Minutemen. The British had many losses making it the Colonial Victory.
  • LETS RETURN TO BOSTON?!?!?!??!??!?!?
  • Along the way to Boston, the Americans were hiding behind trees and shooting at the British army. By the time they reached Boston, there were about 73 soldiers killed, 174 wounded, and 26 missing.
