- Soldiers Quarters
- Winters at Valley Forge were miserable. People who were there would have to suffer without any shoes and barely any housing. Over two-thirds of the people who lived there died from a diesice.

- George Washington would decide what would happen with the soldiers like what food supply they got and where they went.

- the soldier's quarters was nowhere near as good as George Washington's. They barley had any shelter.

- A problem faced by the soldiers was no matter how sick they were or how cold they were they always had to be at military training or fighting force.
- Another problem faced by the soldiers was they had a very limited supply. For example meals such as "firecake," a mixture of water and flour. This would sometimes be supplemented by pepper pot soup, a stew of beef tripe and vegetables.
- Of the 100 men he got chosen, he spoke no English. He arrived at the camp for the trading program.
