  • Yesterday , I had a doctors appointment and my doctor told me that I am gaining a lot of weight and my mental health was not good. She told me I had to start working out and I will start very soon because its time that i think on myself instead of other people .they will see how it will effect me and it will help me a lot
  • When a new virus was introduced , I was scared to talk to people and be social but instead being inside of my house with nobody drived me crazy and i got out of my fear and started to go out and talk.I regreat not talking this whole time .
  • Today me and my mom to lunch and i was telling her about my troubles at school. She was being very supportive but it was really getting to my head and effecting my grades. I really hope i can do something about it but for now I need to focus on myself

  • My mom is super religious when it comes to a religion but my dad grew up having a different one .My mom wants me to be hers but i want to be my dads and sometimes when we tired of my mom me and my dad just go in my room and start to pray but it really hurts me that my mom does not know about it because she is a very nice women.
  • When I feel stressed sometimes i just go outside and read a book in a nice cool area like outside becaue this enviormnet helps me focus more on myself
  • Sometimes when I feel sad I just go into my room and cry .Not much people know but it does help me and when i feel a little better then i just chill out and watch TV because i like watching a show and it helps me emotionally
