- Oxymoron 5.2.29The friar says that Juliet who is thought to be dead but actually isn't, that she is a poor living corpse but a corpse which is a dead body cannot be alive so therefore it is an oxymoron.
- Personification 5.3.306This is an example of personification because the prince says that the sun will not show his face because of sorrow but the sun is an object and therefore cant have a face nor show emotions.
