- Every house checks eachother, our branch checks other branches by having the power to impeach a judge fromthe supreme court or the president
- Legislagtive branch
- The legaslative branch is made out of the house of representatives and the senates.
- I, Kamala harris am the leader of the senate.
- The president can also authorize executive orders and cannominate new people for the supreme court.
- in the executice branch there are 15 deprtments, These departments are also known as the presidents cabinet.
- The president elected must be 35 years old or older, they also must be born in the U.S.

- I as the presidentt have the choice to veto or raitfy a law.
- The Judicial branch
- The highest ranking court
- there are 9 judges in this court, they have the power to ass or deny a law the president wants to make.
- After one gets elected, they serve forever unless they die or decide to retire.
- The supreme court only takes care of cases having to do with your rights or constintutional laws in general.
