- This is Martin, he is 27 years old and lives in Mexico City. He works long hours and likes his job; however, he doesn't have enough budget to relieve the stress that generates during the day.
- Experience with product
- He's got home to prepare himself for the next day. He'd like to develop any leisure habit, but as he doesn't have enough money for it, then he can't.
- Problem solved
- He goes to the nearest store to buy the things he needs for tomorrow, but he discovers that the store is offering a card that gives you point with every purchase you make, and not only that, but it can be used also outside of the store in related businesses to use them in something he'd like.
- Benefit results
- Martin asks for the card, and he receives it with the same purchase he made that night. A cashier llets him know that this card also saves points from every payment that he could do to cover his basic needs, like water, gas, electricity, etc.
- Few days later, Martin has saved enough points to buy a book in a library near his job, and he's going to be on a course about time management the next weekend.
- One month later, Martin has gone to the movies once and now enjoys his free time activities, because he can use the card and decide how to invest his time better for himself.
