- I'm going to turn myself. It ain't fair that Pony has to be away from the gang
- Dally cares for someone else? That´s unfathomable!
- Vroom
- I just don't want you to get hardened...like me.
- Johnny and Ponyboy find out that a Soc is helping them. They wondered why a Soc with madras would help them, the "Scum of society" and I predict that Cherry will play a major role and might even bring a final battle about.
- Crackle!
- GO!!!
- BOOOM!
- Johnny, look out!
- Johnny with a steely confidence decides to turn himself in. He believes that it isn't fair that Ponyboy has to suffer alongside him even if he didn't commit the murder. I believe that this will drive the Socs to ambush him
- You're all going to be okay, you and the towheaded kid.
- In this scene, Dally finally confesses to feeling like a father to Johnny and wanted him not to go through what he went and become like him. I believe that this will drive Dally to give up his life if Johnny needs a vital organ replaced.
- Johnny incredulously sacrificed himself to let Pony survive. I believe that Johnny might end up on the wrong end of Death's scythe and give Ponyboy survivor's guilt. This will definitely bring the story about a dark turn.
- In the ambulance, Ponyboy realizes that there are parts of the world where there is no social or economic barrier and where people aren't always getting jumped and that there might be a beam of hope, this might give him courage
- Ponyboy finally realizes all along that Darry really cared for him and just wanted him to be at his full potential a not wind up as the scum on the bottom of a shoe. This will make the rest of the story much better for Pony
