- no player can catch the ball while is going down the net.So the team with the most points is gonna win but if the points are tie then another quarter will start and the winner will be found you are gonna need the perfect size ball pick a size 6 ball for ages 12-14 pick a size 5 ball for ages 9-11 break into two teams and score to earn points move the ball by dribbling or passing the ball stand correctly bounce the ball about weight size bounce the ball with your finger tips keep your head up shoot when you are ready
- if someone is blocking you just pretend that you are gonna shoot then just shoot but still hold the ball and then they are gonna go in the side of him and then shoot.You know like someone is gonna shoot then just do this when someone is about to shoot then just stand in front of him and when he shoots then just jump then just hit the ball.You can also dunk the ball dunk mean like when you have the ball then just run towards the hoop and jump then try to throw the ball inside the net and hold on the sides of the hoop
- you can also practice to dodge people if they are blocking you when they are coming towards you then just shoot the ball under their legs and then try to catch the ball you know how you just pass the ball then just the other team just catches it then just try this pretend that you are gonna shoot and they come after you that's when you can pass it to a teammate
