After doing a ritual to save his life, he became the avatar of Shamash (God of Justice in Babylonia) thanks to this he obtained powers, thus he started to stop crimes and problems. He can stop any to person of doing wrong and bad things by stealing and changing their ideals for ideals of peace and justice.

Why I made this character like this?The idea behind this character is the lack of values and morale in thousands of persons, so I took as inspiration the first civilization with a clear civil code, the Babylonians. They were the first civilization to implant a good civil code to the people, making justice fairer for almost everyone except for those who were slaves. (Berbell C. n.d)
