  • Theseus is planning on cuffin Hippolata. Two young jits, Demetrius and Lysander think Hermia a dime. Her father gives her permission to cuff Demetrius, even though she loves Lysander. He brings it to the court, Theseus tell Hermia the choices she has: die, become a nun, or marry Demetrius
  • CLIMAX
  • In order for Lysander to be with his dame, they run into the forest. However, before she does, she tells her bsf Helena, who is delusional over Demetrius. Helena tells Demetrius in hopes of him being grateful. They all end up running into the woods after one another.
  • FALLING ACTION
  • In the woods, a fairy named Puck who works for Oberon, the king, tries to play Cupid and accidentally makes Lysander fall in love with Helena. He realizes his mistake and he makes Demetrius fall for her too. Now everyone loves Helena and no one loves Hermia. Lysander and Demetrius scrap to the death. Lysander is victorious
  • DENOUEMENT
  • Hermia and Helena realize the true strength of Lysander and fall in love with him. Puck is enjoying making Lysander a king in the eyes of the women. When they fall asleep, Puck tells Oberon that he doesn’t care what Oberon thinks and that he quits.
  • The Duke, while riding in the forest, comes upon the lovers. After hearing their story, he is overjoyed at the strength of Lysander. He reveals Lysander is his son that was separated from him at birth. He invites them to be married during his wedding ceremony.
  • In the end, everyone is married! Lysander has both dames and is in line to become the new Duke. The play “Pyramus and Thisbe” is performed, and Puck ends the play by asking the audience to remember that life is full of twists and surprises. Be your own person.
