  • Slide: 1
  • Hey! I'm Lorenzo, Today I will teach you about newtons laws of motion.
  • Motion practically means movement
  • Imagine kicking this ball to score a goal. So exciting right!
  • Well Newtons 3 laws of physics will help us better understand how do we actually score
  • Slide: 2
  • Let's start with the first one!
  • All of this explains the the first. The ball keeps moving until another force goes against it.
  • Imagine shooting the ball to score you first goal!
  • The ball when kicked, It moves and should move forever but there are many things that stop it from doing that
  • The ball should keep moving but there are other forces that push against it. The wind, the friction in the grass and at the when you scored THE NET!
  • Newtons first law explains that
  • When the ball gets shot something called force happens. Here the force is your foot. Now what do you think happens to the ball afterwards?
  • Slide: 3
  • Its time for the third law!
  • Let's see how you can score
  • All of this explains the the third. You need a stronger force than the one applied to ball so you can score a goal.
  • When you shoot the ball you apply force
  • There is wind and the grass that have a force stopping the ball and pushing it to you
  • AND ITS A GOALLLLL!!!!
  • So if you want to score you need to put a stronger force.
  • Newtons third law explains that
  • Every action has a same reaction back!
  • So to understand the force you put into something you need to understand the force being applied to you and how much harder you will have to kick the ball
