  • Lately, I had been feeling weak and tired, and I didn’t know what was wrong. My mommy noticed and asked me about what I had been eating. I admitted that I often skipped meals and didn’t eat many vegetables. She explained that my body needs important nutrients like iron, vitamin A, iodine, and zinc to stay healthy and strong. After that, we started planning healthier meals together, adding more vegetables, fruits, grains, and protein. We also made sure to wash our hands, drink clean water, and keep our food safe. Little by little, I began to feel stronger and more energetic. That’s when I realized that healthy eating and good habits at home can really prevent malnutrition and micronutrients deficiencies.
