Low intelligence - Does not have the ability to conduct plans prior to the murder, but instead acts on impulse towards victims of opportunity based on racial motivation. Franklin did not complete schooling past the tenth grade. 2. Not Socially Adept - Grew up with an abusive childhood, and developed a white supremacy mindset from an early age. Possesses minimal social skills and the inability to form normal relationships. 3. No Financial Stability - Primary source of financial support originates from bank robberies and paid blood bank donations.
