- Pick a religion and stick to it for Goodness sakes
- Whatever the King's religion was that had to be your religion. So this means that the king could switch everyday or randomly and all of a sudden that was your religion. The 2 religions that were most common was Protestant and Catholic. So this is what most rulers were. Now how rulers change the Country religion is up to them. Some like Mary go about it extremely like how she burned 300 protestants in public because she was switching to Catholic. Or some like Elizabeth where she just told people to switch with no deathly force.

- King James ll was Catholic though Parliament was Protestant and England was starting to look to Protestant. Due to this the King started to loose popularity with decisions and was loosing respect.

- When James ll had a son he declared that the next heir to the throne would be Catholic but the people were not up for that so Parliament went to William lll for help. said that William lll can fight England and take it over but also give some of their power away. They agreed and when it came to a battle many of James ll men turned on their King so James fled.

- John Locke finally got his way and the people got natural rights when Queen Mary ll and William lll signed the English Bill of Rights in 1689 granting freedom of speech, freedom from cruel and unusual punishments, Freedom to own weapons, and freedom to petition the king. This started the road to a Constitutional Monarch by limiting the power of the royals.

- The official government of England has been established the monarchy now share power with Parliament and for a while maybe forever. England will just be a Constitutional monarch with natural rights and fair treatment. This is modern England this was it's history to it's glory.
- After anti-Catholic riots were starting around the town. Fearful James ll abandoned his throne and left it open to Mary ll and William lll. King James then sought out a place to stay in France. He was then given money and was allowed to stay in France. He also allowed the Glorious Revolution with a bloodless Revolution and with this came the start of a new government.
