- Congress declares war
- Congress can borrow money through the issue of bonds and other means. When it borrows money, the United States creates a binding responsibility to repay the debt and cannot refuse it.
- Create and Manage National Parks
- Congress has the power to pass copyright laws that will serve the ends of the Copyright Clause. This helps by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries.
- Limiting Immigration
- You cannot immigrant here.
- The Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war. The decision to send the nation to war is Congress’s important responsibility, and in the House war votes can be serious, important occasions.
- Prohibit discriminatio
- The National Park System of the United States comprises more than 400 areas covering more than 84 million acres in 50 states. These areas are of national significance to show special recognition and protection in accordance with various acts of Congress.
- We need to protect our national parks.
- Congress that has the power to change it or to write any other laws affecting immigration. The lawmakers in Congress have the responsibility for regulating immigration. This power is considered "plenary," meaning the courts have little management of immigration laws passed by Congress
- The law is having restrictions directed toward discrimination on the basis of race, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, and physical or mental disabilities. Many of these laws are acts of Congress against private entities forbidding discrimination of all kinds.
