- Carbon is a non-metal and has been on the same basketball team since he was little oxygen is a non-metal as well but he is having a hard time getting playing time on his basketball team and has asked carbon if he would be able to join his team.

- The next day carbon and oxygen met up in the school cafeteria and they started talking carbon said it was okay for oxygen to join the team.They started talking a lot more and they got along so well because they were both non-metals. they bonded so well they call them selves carbon monoxide

- The next day the dynamic duo called carbon monoxide had their first practice together as teammates their team name was called VESPER and they are linear.

- After basketball practice carbon monoxide decide they wanted lunch and then went home and made something on the stove top they realized that carbon monoxide is inside the fumes that is coming out of the stove top.They also realized that carbon monoxide is slightly soluble in water.

- When Carbon monoxide were running on the track oxygen realized that carbon was getting tired faster because he has less electrons then oxygen has that mean they are a polar relationship because they have a unequal amount of electrons.

- The great duo carbon monoxide have finally made it to the NBA and finally accomplished their goals and they are still great friends to this day.
