I wake up every morning at 6:30, and I get up 10minutes later.
Then I go to the bathroom. I take a shower for about 10 minutes and put my clothes on.
I take my time because I must choose the right clothes to look handsome and elegant.
At 7:30 I go to the kitchen and prepare my breakfast. Usually, it is a cup of coffee, two boiled eggs and toast with peanut jam.
Then at 7.50 I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and apply my skin creams. That is the secret of looking so young while at my forties.
After that I always go for the keys and at 8:00 am I go to work.
At 10 o'clock I start seeing my patients. As a psychologist I try to focus on improving the quality of life of my patients.I must evaluate the factors that are generating conflict in their lives to obtain a diagnosis and finally indicate the best treatment for them. That’s why I must listen to them carefully.
From 1 to 3 in the afternoon, I take a break to go to lunch. I like to take care of my body, so I always eat some salad. I love steamed potatoes and grilled fish with just a glass of water.
At 5pm I finish and leave work and go to the gym. I love to do exercises, and I always meet my friends in the gym. At 6 pm I return home, but first I go to the supermarket to buy some things that I usually don't have in my pantry.
7:30 I'm getting home. The first thing I do is to take a shower, then I put on comfortable clothes.
8:30 I have something light with protein for dinner,such as a grilled chicken breast with some vegetables. . I often choose the vegetables that are easier tocook such as paprika, onion and zucchini. At last, I have a cup of infusion, usually lemonverbena, I love it. As a psychologist I try to focus on improving the quality of life of my patients.
At 9:30 I brush my teeth, I apply my creams and I put on my pajamas, because I go to sleep at 10.
