- An effective team requires the members to perform different roles.The Team Role and Experience Orientation inventory can be used to assess an individual natural/learned role preferences.
- TREO model suggests there are six team roles: Organiser, Doer, Team Builder, Connector, Innovator and Challenger. Each role contributes to the team in unique ways.
