Viola has survived the shipwreck and is now stranded on a strange land, she asks the captain to tell her where they are.
Act 1 Scene: 4 (The Dukes Palace)
"To woo your lady. Yet a barful strife! Whoe'er I woo, myself would be his wife. (1.4.40)
Go woo the Lady Olivia and express my love for her.
In this scene Viola asks the Captain who governs the land of Illyria.

In this scene Viola comes dressed in man's clothing to Duke Orsino's court in order to find a job. She also changes her name to Cesario.

In this scene the Duke tells Cesario/Viola to go and woo Lady Olivia for him.
In this scene Lady Olivia is mourning the death of her brother and the Clown asks her why she's upset.
In this scene the Clown calls Olivia a fool for mourning her dead brother who's in heaven.
My brother's soul rests in#160; heaven.
