- Good Morning everyone, My name is Lincoln James Hudson, your speaker for today. We are gathered here today to talk about how we can help our society to improve its carrying capacity.
- Let’s start by discussing our carrying capacity, Baguio City has grown since with a population of 345,000 [based on 2015 census] and has become a center for business, commerce and education for northern Luzon. Baguio has also maintained its hold as a top tourist destination with over 1.3 million foreign and domestic tourists lodged in 2016. The city also hosts the Baguio Export Processing Zone, with locators boosting the country’s exports on electronics and key aviation components, in 2016; US$ 99.74 million was contributed to the national economy.at this time maybe you are shocked with our population and maybe you are asking how can we improve it, this is how, Let’s try to help each other and take care or our environment by being discipline towards our garbage, behavior etc. An ecosystem's carrying capacity may fluctuate based on seasonal changes, or it may change as a result of human activity or a natural disaster. In short, We are the reason for it so we people are the only ones who can solve it.
