Storyboard Text

  • Sometimes I have to travel to other cities or countries depending on the new project
  • Believe it or not my day starts at 4:30 AM. This gives me time to have coffee and go over the plans and procedures for the day. By 8:00 AM I am making calls and touching base with all the key players involved with my project. I am usually off site by 3:30 in the afternoon to catch up on my day and wrap things up for the next day.
  • The most constant thing on my mind everyday at all times is to stay on budget and to keep my deadlines tight
  • I am very important to my company. I project specialized management techniques that oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. The purpose of my job is control the project's time/delivery, cost and quality - sometimes referred to as a project management triangle or "triple constraints." I am the guy in the firm that is reserved for lengthy, large-scale, high budget undertakings (commercial real estate, transportation infrastructure, industrial facilities, and military infrastructure), called capital projects.
