- Many people do not understand me and do not even imagine how frustrating it can be and how intense those sounds can be in my ears.
- Loud or not so loud noises have been a big problem, I don't even remember when it started to be a problem, after asking my mother I found out that since I was born it has been very difficult to cope with this.
- I can use sound canceling headphones to stop the sounds but it also hurts my head and I do not like anything being in my head because it feels uncomfortable for me.
- I just want to run and hide so that my ears are not hurt and sometimes those sounds become so intense that anxiety sets in and it just complicates the situation for me.

- As we were leaving the sound was too much for me and I began to run as fast as I could. My mom Caught up to me and she hugged me
- I still remember the incident very faintly because I was little, but my mom told me what happened that day.
- My head felt like it was going to explode and I couldn't stand it anymore, when my mom saw me she said to me are you okay? I just looked at her and she understood that something was wrong and we had to get out of there immediately.
- Everything will be better soon.

- My mom taught me and said sometimes you're going to feel this way, and it's not bad, but if we run, some accidents can happen and she explained that to me.
- I still have trouble with sounds, but I'm slowly learning how I can improve so my life is more peaceful.
- And now I understand that running away or not telling my mom that we should leave because I don't feel good with sounds could cause the situation to be worse.
- Loud sounds can stress me out more or increase my anxiety and it can harm my physical health and now I'm learning to express myself to my mom about how I feel, so she can help me have a better quality of life.
