- Now I going call roll. So when hee name say here.
- The play we are going to be putting on is a tragedy and a romance.
- It is about two lovers named Pyramus and Thisbe.
- Is Pyramus a tyrant because I am good at playing Tyrants
- Nick Bottom you will be playing Pyramus.
- No Bottom Pyramus it the man who loves Thisbe.
- Later that day a group of men met in a tavern Athans. They were lead by a man named Peter Quince.
- Is Thisbe a knight on a quest?
- I have to play a women but I have a beard
- I could do Thisbe and wear a mask and talk really low and they will think I am a real women.
- Flute you will be playing Thisbe.
- No Thisbe is the women who loves Pyramus.
- You will just have to wear a mask and talk as low as you want to.
- Quince told the men that for the wedding happening in 4 days they will be putting on a tragedy play about a man and a woman named Pyramus and Thisbe.
- You roar loud enough you will scare the ladies. And Then have all of us Executed
- All of your lines are on the scroll I gave memorize them and we will reheres in the woods tomorrow night.
- I can do the lion. I can Roar so well the guests would think it is perfect.
- Quince you forgot my lines. Can you give them to me. I am a really slow learner.
- Snug you are a lion just improvise it. it is roaring.
- Quince assigns the role of Pyramus to a man named Nick Bottom or Botton for short. Botton asks if Pyramus is a tyrant and Quince tells him he is the man who loves Thisbe.
- As I said earlier we will be rehearsing the play tomorrow night in the woods so memorize your lines. And I mean that.
- Then Quince assigned the role of Thisbe to a guy named Frances Flute but in the acting troop, they call him flute. Flute said that he can not play a girl because he has a beard coming in. But Quice said that he can wear and mask to cover his face and he can talk as high as he wants to. Botton said that he can wear a mask and talk really high so he could play Thisbe
- Then Quince assigned the role of a lion to a guy named Snug. When Quince gives everyone their lines Sung said that he missed him but Quince said to just Improvies because it is just roaring. Botton said that he would roar so loud that the guests will think he is really a lion and he should play the lion. Then Some of the guys in the group said if he roars loud enough they would scare the ladies and be executed.
- After many more interruptions from Botton Quince was able to end the meeting and reminded them that they will be rehearsing in the woods tomorrow and that they should memorize their lines for the play.
