  • I was rejected with a 3.4 GPA, racial bias in any manner is discriminatory regardless of how it is implemented.
  • I'm going to sue the school for racial discrimination because I had better admission statistics then applicants of certain ethnicities.
  • As the plaintiff I claim that any programs that discriminate on the basis of race is incongruent with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the 14th amendment both of which which prohibits any discrimination based on race even if the benefit s given to a marginalized group, its still racial bias.
