- Hello my name is Blessing and I'm going to teach you guys how to vote in america. Step one you should make sure you 18 or older before you decide on voting, Also you should research up on the political candidates to know what your voting for.
- Next make sure you are registered to vote because, some states automatically register you apply for drivers license basically you register without knowing it. If your not registered to vote, then there are three main ways to do it. Depending on your state you can registered online or in person.Just be aware of you'er aware of your state resistering deead line which may fall bettween 2-4 weeks before election
- Check if your state allows early voting. Many states allows voters to their ballot before Election Day. Early voting isn't mandatory but it could be convenient because you may have more flexible to you'er schedule.
- If you're new to voting. it may be a good idea to familiarize yourself with local ballot. Each local ballot is a bit different. This will let you know exactly who is running for, which office, and and it will also spell out any referendum or initiatives appering before the voters
- Learn where you can find polling places can be almost anywhere government buildings, offices, schools churches, restaurants, and sometimes citizens houses. In certain cities and countries. You may be able to choose which polling location you vist, but In most polling place. Make sure you know where it is and how to get there well before Election Day.
