The symtoms are:-Repeat statements and questions over and over Forgetting conversations, appointments, or events, and not remembering them later -Systematically placing personal items in the wrong place, often in absurd places Get lost in places you already know-Finally, forget about the names of relatives and everyday objects Have trouble identifying objects with the correct words, expressing thoughts, or participating in conversations
You can evit it:-Eat a balanced diet, such as the Mediterranean diet, that includes plenty of vegetables, fruits, and lean protein, especially protein sources that contain omega-3 fatty acids. -Be physically active and stay socially active, which includes aerobic exercise.
