Hey doc. I'm really having a hard time using the mobile app for the provider's office. The font is too small, sometimes it's hard to navigate, and the colors make it hard for me to see what I'm doing. I really want to be able to use the app to keep up with my health.
Hey Mr. Jones. You aren't the first person I've heard that from. Can you show me what it is you see on your screen and I can reach out to someone to look into getting that updated? We really love when our patients are able to use the app. It makes things so much easier!
