- My final option is that I could go to the babysitting job first and then go to the rest of my dance class.To help make my decision let's look at the pros and cons of this option.Pro - I would be able to do both commitments!Con - If the parents come home late I won't make it to the end of my dance class.
- After thinking it over, I talked to my mom (external influence) and we decided we should make the choice that wouldn't overwhelm me. I want to make sure that I keep my mental and emotional health well. I also want to be honest and responsible with myself (internal influence) and others. It seems like there is only one choice that would cover all of my wants and needs the best.
- I have decided to go to dance class and make arrangements for my friend to babysit instead, as long as it is okay with the parents.This was the best choice because it was the most responsible and honest choice to make. I wasn't lying to anyone and this scenario taught me a lesson to also check the date before agreeing to something.
