- I grew up in this beautiful city of Milan in Italy. I was the rightful Duke before my brother, Antonio stole the title from me with the help of Alonso, the King of Naples.
- Hello. I am Prospero, the rightful Duke of Milan.I am a wise man and am always dressed in robes my armour due to my noble heritage and magical powers.
- In the story, Prospero's journey is about achieving forgiveness and reconciliation with his enemies which leads him to return back to society as a new and loving individual.
- Prospero is the main character in the story and plays the role of the Duke, a father to Miranda and also a magician. He is also a teacher to Miranda whom he guides in understanding herself and the world. He is also a judge as he grants forgiveness and creates oneness.
- Prospero's Friends His daughter Miranda whom he loved and shared a close bond with. Ariel Gonzalo who he found on the island and they provided him with support and assistance.Prospero's Enemies His brother Antonio who stole his title and banished him to the island. Alonso, the King of Naples, who helped his brother to remove his title of Duke. Caliban who was enslaved by Prospero.In the end, Prospero forgives them all.
