- 1) Positive reinforcement: because Sally prefers to hang out with her friends if she sits at the dinner table for the entire meal and has respectful, engaged conversations with family members she will be able to hang out with her friends.

- Meanwhile...
- 2) Negative Punishment: If Sally is unable to sit at the table she will not be allowed to see her friends for a week and will also get her phone taken away. If she is unable to sit at the table for the entire meal she will get screen time restrictions on her phone so she is unable to text her friends or use social media.
- This Year...
- 3) Fixed Interval Ratio Reinforcement:for every hour Sally stays with the family at the table, that means another day she is allowed to see her friends unrestricted.

- 4) Fixed - ratio: for every family member that compliments Sally or comments on her conversation skills she will be able to download something new on her phone.
