1) Positive reinforcement: because Sally prefers to hang out with her friends if she sits at the dinner table for the entire meal and has respectful, engaged conversations with family members she will be able to hang out with her friends.

3) Fixed Interval Ratio Reinforcement:for every hour Sally stays with the family at the table, that means another day she is allowed to see her friends unrestricted.

4) Fixed - ratio: for every family member that compliments Sally or comments on her conversation skills she will be able to download something new on her phone.
