- That's my family. My dad is Frederic and he's only french. Next to him, it's my mum, Thuy-Maï. She was born in Vietnam. Next to her, it's my older sister Victoria.

- As you can see, in my family, our two cultures are mixed, and we're so proud of it!

- I always used to say that if my grandmother is tired when we arrive, it means we're going to eat well, because she'll have been cooking all night!
- Today is Tet: The Vietnamese New Year. My family gets together and we eat all the good things my grandmother and mother have prepared.

- You see my Grandson, that's our heritage. My mother passed on to me our traditional recipes that her mother had given her over several generations. It must never disappear
