- Preparar huevos a la mexicana es muy sencillo. Aquí tienes la receta:Ingredientes:- 4 huevos- 1 cebolla pequeña, picada- 1 pimiento verde, picado- 1 tomate grande, picado- 1 chile jalapeño, picado (opcional)- Sal y pimienta al gusto- Aceite vegetal
- Instructions:1. In a large skillet, heat some vegetable oil over medium heat.2. Add the onion and green pepper, and cook until soft and lightly browned.3. Add the tomato and jalapeño pepper, if using. Cook for a few more minutes until the tomato is softened.
- 4. Crack the eggs and add them to the pan, stirring gently to mix everything together. Cook until the eggs are cooked but still juicy.5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.6.
