- Hey Ron, I am a little confused on the jargons, since am new to Real Estate. Also i have an assessment tomorrow to qualify for meeting clients further. Will you be able to help ?
- Sure Ben. Let me start from the very basics. What is a Real Estate, A Real Estate Broker & A Real Estate Salesperson.
- A Real Estate Broker helps to buy, sell, lease or rent out any property. Whereas A Real Estate Salesperson works directly or indirectly for a Real Estate Broker to assist in buying, seling, leasing or renting out any propertyBoth of them need a valid licences to work.
- Real Estate is any property consiting of land, buildings & any natural resources in that property.
- Thanks Ron. But what is a Real Estate Broker-Salesperson?
- A Real Estate Broker-Salesperson is one who has a Real Estate Broker License, but works as an independent contractor or employee, either directly or indirectly with a real Estate Broker. But the entity will have to surrender their broker license and convert to a Broker-Salesperson License.
