- I understand that you guys are experiencing difficulty paying your rent. Hopefully you both appreciate the solution that I have found.
- I understand that your current financial circumstances may be challenging, and I completely empathize if you are not contend with any aspects regarding this idea. Allow me to present my proposal: I have recently purchased a spacious property designed to accommodate two individuals per apartment, offering ample living arrangements. This does of course entail sharing common areas, but if we come to a common agreement; it is feasible to proceed with the move as early as today. The only requirement would be to complete some necessary paperwork
